Mario Gomez

Mario Gomez is an English teacher and track coach at Captain John L. Chapin High School in El Paso, TX. He coaches multi event athletes and is responsible for creating the workout programs for the sprinters, relays and horizontal jumpers. He is in his 7th year at Chapin and also previously coached the same events at Fabens, Mt. View (El Paso County) and Mayfield high school in Las Cruces, NM. During his free time he befriends (stalks) the best track and field coaches around the country and plays golf and skateboards with his 4 year old son Dante.
